UCG is a privately held property group founded by Peter Williams in 1982. Now, the group has gross assets of over £75 million.
Our objective is to maximise returns by adding value to each acquisition over and above normal market returns.
Market uncertainty often provides the background for good profits from real estate as our record of successful investment throughout the turbulent economic cycles in 1990/1995 and 2001/2003 demonstrates. To take advantage of the weakened market in 2011/2012 UCG is launching a new co-investment vehicle, UCG Perform.
